Common Government Tactics (designed to mislead and dismiss)
  • Gaslighting: a form of psychological manipulation in which a government official sows seeds of doubt in a member of the Public’s position, attempting to make the Public question their own perceptions, judgments or conclusions. Using denial, misdirection, contradiction and misinformation, a gaslighting government official attempts to delegitimize the Public’s positions.
  • Blaming and Shaming: this is a close cousin to gaslighting, but this is the nearly pathological insistence on “politeness” in discussion — these government officials are taught to never mind the truth, just make sure you get the Public to remain polite at all times. That way the public will take the nasty medicine that we are handing out without complaint and we can go on our merry way. The people in government often keep the Public misinformed and hide information from the Public in order to knee-cap any opposition to their plans. They say “trust us, we know best.” News flash: that is NOT government of the people, by the people and for the people. We can demand MUCH better from our local government — and there is no law that requires us to defend our homes, lives and rights politely. We can make sure that our local government acts to represent us and our interests — not just the interests of million-dollar developers and billion-dollar Wireless companies.
  • Labeling the Public’s Substantial Evidence as Mere “Concerns”: you have heard it time and time again, “Thank you for sharing your concerns about . . . “. Government officials do that because they know that concern is the universal word of dismissal. They only have duties to deal with substantial evidence, not mere insubstantial “concerns” (an uneasy state of blended interest, uncertainty, and apprehension — learn more here)
  • Answering a question with an irrelevant statement of truth: This is the Eric Danly Special, his go-to move of distraction and misdirection, whenever he is uncomfortable, especially when public meeting rules set things up to give Danly the last word, with no chance to rebut. That explains the very need for this web page: to set the record straight. Climb Aboard! The Eric Danly Rebutttal Train is leaving the station . . .
Learn How the FCC’s Tricks Started With the Units of Electricity

Unbelievably, the FCC’s RF-EMR exposure guideline is based on
the rate of poison delivery, not the total amount of poison delivered over time — learn more here
and here.

  • EMP-Air: Electromagnetic Power Through the Air (energy-inefficient)
  • EMP-Wire: Electromagnetic Power Through Wires (energy-efficient)
  • Amperes (A) are for electrical current
  • Volts (V) are for electrical potential
  • Watts (W) are for the rate of EMP-Air transmission
  • Watt-Seconds: same as a Joule (see below)
  • Joules (J) are for the total EMP-Air transmission (Watts x Time = Joules)
Terms in Transmitting Data via Pulsed RF Microwave Radiation
  • dBm: deciBel-milliWatt (a unit of Wireless Signal Strength — learn more here)
  • ERP: Effective Radiated Power (reported in Watts — learn more here)
  • RF-EMR: pulsed, data-modulated, Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Microwave Radiation (reported in Power Density)
  • Power Density: a political term adopted by the FCC in 1996 designed to distract all from focusing on dBm. The half-baked idea of Power Density is also based on only the rate or exposure to a poison: the rate at which EMP-Air passes through a nominal square area — either a square centimeter (mW/cm²) or a square meter (µW/m²); Note:  mW = 1/1000th of a Watt and µW = 1/1,0000,000th of a Watt.
  • asdf
  • SS: Signal Strength (reported in dBm)
  • Amperes (A) are for electrical current
  • Volts (V) are for electrical potential
  • Watts (W) are for the rate of EMPTA transmission
  • Watt-Second: same as a Joule (see below)
  • Joules (J) are for the total EMPTA transmission (Watts x Time = Joules)
